What a great buy.

I got the system about a week ago, I installed it myself, everything was easy to do, except going up into the attic. The picture quality is great, looks nice on the HD monitor. I needed help with the networking for my home and for my cell phone, I called the customer care number, I spoke with Michel, and he was the most helpful person that I ever had dealt with. He took very good care of me and knew just what to do. thank you so much for you help. I love my new Pro Sentinel Security system.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Outstanding System

I purchased this system 2+ months ago and have not had any issues thus far. Installation does take a little more time that advertised, however, this is for no other reason than running the cable from the cameras to the DVR. Once the hardware was set-up, I had to contact Customer service for assistance. They were outstanding. They had me up and running remotely in less than 30 minutes. I never needed to call, this was all done through the chat service.
If there was 1 con to this system, it would be that it slowed down my router in my house and slowed down my network.
Overall, this is an outstanding system and is doing exactly what I wanted it for.

Sentinel Pro 960H 8CH Security DVR with 2TD HDD

I bought the Defender Sentinel PRO 8 camera 800TVL system in mid April 2015. The system was easy to setup and the Defender chat staff was helpful in working out a few minor details needed to set up the DVR. The system worked great for about 4 and a half months until Sept of this year. The DVR stopped working and would not power up. After troubleshooting the DVR with Defender support it was determined that a replacement DVR was needed. A replacement was shipped after CWD received the original. It was immediately installed. This unit would not send a video output to my TV which was being used as a monitor. This DVR was also determined by Defender support staff to be defective and was retuned to CWD. I am now waiting for the third DVR in hopes that the system can be brought back on line and into service.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are so happy that we bought this security system. The video that was captured is clear and detailed. My neighbor across the street had 2 teenagers puncture one of the tires on his car and key the side. Within about 30 minutes, we reviewed the videos, shared them with the Sheriff and, the 2 vandals were arrested!!!
The system is very easy to install and, if mounted properly, the cameras are almost vandal proof. The night vision is very clear and crisp.
Way to go Defender!!!! Highly recommended!

Security at a Great Price, Easy to Setup and Use

This is my second unit that I purchased. They are made of high quality material that is almost vandal proof.
Easy to install, configure and use.
The clarity of the cameras is almost as good as the pictures on out television!! This includes the night vision.
I had an opportunity to work with the support department, they are very knowledgeable, cooperative and concerned about the customers satisfaction.
After looking at many products, I find that the Defender systems provide many extra features that others don't and, for the price, you are purchasing a high quality system!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this in 3/2015 and have been using it quite a lot. The features are great with the system and software. The video quality is great for the price. The customer Service is awesome, very patient, and able to work through any issue, Thank you Michel!!!! I would highly recommend this product, it is a great investment and peace of mind!

My neighbor purchased this system and when viewing it at his home I was so impressed with it's ease of use and camera clarity, both day and night, I had to purchase one for myself.
