Love the product!

I just installed the system and found it to be simple to assemble and the cameras really do a nice job in covering my yard. Michel from Tech Service did a great job helping me set up my computers to monitor the cameras. He was easy to follow and answered all questions to my complete satisfaction.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my third system in 3 months. The wireless Lorex fought with my WiFi so bad even ATT could not get it to work right with a special modem. Samsung could not get me remote viewing even though I have all other Samsung products. I did have to call Defender for help on setting up my networking, but with Michel's help and patience we were able to get ALL peripherals accessing the video with a problem, both through WiFi and remotely. I have yet to hook up all the cameras, but the two hooked up are working fine and viewing is no problem. The image is a bit less than I had hoped, but it does come through much clearer on the actual recording, so that's a plus. Having researched A LOT before buying this system, it was one of the best available for the money I spent. Getting through to support took patience on the phone, but once through Michel was thorough, professional, pleasant and patient. So far I say yes to recommending this product to others, but I will come back and write another review in a month or two.

Cameras Don't Lie.

I'm not scared or nor paranoid, but I believe every home & business should have a surveillance system. Already had to use the rewind & view feature to see what happened in a certain situation when I wasn't present to know the circumstances. I like the system other than the android app needs some improvement. I have to turn the DVR off then back on every day or two because it will not load on my phone app. I'm an amateur tech person but was able to get all cameras, DVR up & running. Overall great value for the money cause I did a lot of research before going with this system & brand.

Easy installation and great picture

This plug and use cable system is very intuitive and easy to install. It took me an afternoon to do all the wiring and once the cameras were in place I was quite happy with the picture quality and night vision clarity. I am still figuring out what I want to tape and the alarm motion sensors are very sensitive. All in all a good system for the price for simple home surviellance
