I just bought the system last week.the only problem is that I have with it is ive got one camera will not light up at night but I would recommend this system

Great Product & Support

I just installed this product and it works great thanks to Michel. Easy to set up, and quality of cameras was better than I thought they would be. Cameras give great view and with the wide screen angle also. Setting up and using the recorder is easy and especially for the email alerts. The mobile app is great, so we can see what's going on any time. Running 2 shifts in our office makes it also easier for us to watch employees while management is not there, Great product and would recommend this product.

I bought the Defender Pro and installed my last camera 9-8-15 to monitor and record activity around my home. I'm very please with the system and the 8 views I get around my place.

I bought this system a month ago and I am glad I did the hook up was easy, I needed extra cable they say I would receive it in 3to7 days got it 8 days later. I am all hooked up. just got to hook up Internet so I can view my property away from home.

bought system a month ago got all cameras working, zoom is not the best but it works. support is lacking but i am like talking to someone

I bought this product and it was shipped with no issues or problems. One of the camera wires was cut upon delivery but Customer servicE was easy to work with. I am extremely happy with the product. Very easy to install and easy to connect via my smartphone. I was disappointed at the lack of a "real" owners manual as I had to download a digital one from the website. Night vision is clear and the motion detection is sensitive. Great product. I would buy another one!
