Great product - remote viewing not so user friendl

Cameras work great and picture is amazing. However setting up the remote viewing is not easy at all. There is no instructions in the box on how to do this. You have to call tech support. Even with tech supports help it is very entailed. However their tech support team is the best and was able to help me successfully view my cameras remotely.
I would recommend this to a friend!

these camera are the bomb they work nice when ur not home nite vision works great michele was a great tech support if i had any questions or problems he was there

very easy to install. a little hard to figure the software operation, but I'm old and not PC savvy, clarity depends a lot on what you are watching, ie, looking thru branches makes the cameras confused as to what to focus on, it seems...even if the branches are pretty few and far away.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice for the Price!

This is my first surveillance system and so far it seems pretty solid. Daytime picture quality is excellent, but the night time picture is less than what I had expected. However, I would still purchase this system since the rest of the system is nice for the price. So far, I have hooked up 3 of the 4 cameras and everything is working without any problems. I think the hardest part of hooking up the system was running the wires in my attic. The set actual set up of the system itself was very easy and I found the menu to be fairly easy to follow. The connections on back of the DVR are very close together and a little hard to plug in the wires. The mouse seems very cheap, but as long as it works to get through the menu, it doesn't really bother me. Again, I have to realize this is not a top-of-the line surveillance system, but it still well worth the money. I would recommend buying the system. I did a lot of research before I bought this one and I think it is a good deal.
