Love my new fridge

Wasn't sure I was going to like the bottom freezer but I do. I love the french doors and I love not having to get down on my knees to see what is in the bottom of the fridge. I think the door alarm is a wonderful feature as it's so easy to give a quick push and come back later to find that you left the freezer drawer open a crack and your food has melted. Love, love love this fridge.

We are being disappointed by this product

We like the style and look of this refrigerator. The feature are good also. The problem is in the quality. We have had a continuing issue with the freezer door not closing and sealing completely. We had it serviced and they completely replace the right side rail system. Now approx. a month later it is doing the same thing. Unfortunately, the nice feature of the door alarm does not see this. There is approx. a 1/4 inch gap between the seal and the ref. If they can't fix it this time, we are thinking of returning as a lemon.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

LG Refrigerator even better than expected

We couldn't be more pleased with our LG refrigerator. One outstanding feature is the lighting--it is wonderful to easily see everything. We have the 33" wide model so an egg carton will not fit in the door shelves--but that is to be expected when you split the door. Otherwise the door shelves hold a great deal--even tall things. The produce and meat drawers hold a great deal. We're so happy with the freezer--everything is in sight so nothing is lost in there. Love the way it rolls out with all the things right there. Surprised it included an ice maker as we didn't want the drink dispenser; it just needs to be hooked up. Communications from LG are most helpful.

I love this refrigerator. It is so spacious, especially since it is a narrower model (fits 33" space). So much more space than my previous fridge. Drawers and shelving are well made, sturdy. Ice machine works perfectly. Thought I might regret getting a model without an ice machine in the door. But I don't miss it at all!!

This fridge is great. Quiet running, nice finish, easy controls, adjustable shelves all around, loads of space inside and the warning bells if the doors are left open.

Overall great refridgerator

My family purchased this refrigerator two months ago. We have a family of four, including two young kids. We love the freezer drawer on the bottom and the French doors on top.
The freezer holds an impressive amount of food, and it being on the bottom, it's much more energy efficient than our previous fridge. The French doors on the top also help with the efficiency, and we love that the most accessed food is at arm height. There's no more leaning over to see where everything is.
The refrigerator was very easy to set up, and it's easy to understand and operate. It was easy to adjust the shelves to hold all our food, and there is a great amount of space.
I have high standards, and I don't give excellent ratings easily. I would rate this refrigerator as excellent. If I had to pick something negative, the only thing I can come up with is that fingerprints show up really well on the stainless steel.

Awesome refrigerator!

We love this refrigerator. The interior LED lighting is impressive. It is so much quieter than our old refrigerator. We needed a refrigerator that would fit through our front door, and this model met that need. The temperature controls are easy to use, and it's nice that you can see what the actual temperature is set at. The interior design is great, and provides lots of room. The 10 year warranty on the compressor is the best in the industry that I have found.
