I have bought this fridge 5 months ago, and I love it, it is well thought, well designed.
Lots of storage, big freezer. moving shelves. quiet and beautiful.

There is so much more room in this refrigerator than any previous ones I have owned. The veggies stay crisp and fresh a lot longer too. No problem with the ice maker at all. When I got delivery of the fridge, the freezer basket was cracked. I called customer service and they immediately shipped another one, no questions asked. I will be buying more LG products in the future.

Large and quiet

The fridge is wonderful for space. I have always had LG phones, and have the front loader washer and dryer. All these things were great. Dishwasher, not so much. Replaced only after 5 years.
If the fridge works out as well as the good things from LG, I will be very pleased. The space is great. I wish they had not cheapened the interior, from the 36 inch model. The sliding shelf space would have been nice, if it were there. Unfortunately I could not fit the larger size.
The temperature swing of the fridge is rather large. From 33 to 43, using a thermometer with memory for high and low temperatures. This is a bit more than I expected, but it seems to hold the temperature of the food OK. I want to try another probe I have in a glass of water, to see what the range is of liquids. The former is air temperature only.
The exterior is stainless, and is not bad for finger prints. This is the first time we have an ice maker, and love it. That actually is the only time you can really hear the refrigerator. It really is whisper quiet. I like the temperature setting being digital, but it would be nicer, if it had a read out of the actual temperatures, or show it in a alternating display.
So far, we love it. When it is 10 or 15 years old and we still love it, then I will be thrilled. Proof is in the time. I am checking quality below. I hope this does not prove me wrong.

Awesome storage capacity and ample ice!

Very quiet. Only noticeable sound is the occasional dropping of ice cubes into the bin. Makes more than enough ice for our family. You have to lean in a bit to reach the small on/off switch on the front of the ice maker and I wish it was a little bigger.
Very impressed with the amount of storage space. It seemed practically empty after moving over every single item from our old side-by-side 25 cu. ft. refrigerator. Wish there was a second divider for the main freezer compartment.

Holds a lot!

This frig really holds a lot. Love the deli drawer for meat/cheese. Love the sleek look of the handles. We also have the matching LG dishwasher and they look great together. It took us about a week to get the frig/freezer temperatures adjusted to where the ice maker worked really well, but now the ice maker works great! I brew iced tea every day, so I use the ice maker a lot and it performs great! My only concern is that the rubber stripping/seal on one of the french doors already ripped a bit and we had it replaced (and only owning the frig about five months). LG customer service was great to work with and an authorized rep. responded within 24 hours and showed up the next day to assess the problem and ordered the part, which we had in a few days. I am concerned about future performance of the stripping around the doors over the years, once the frig is no longer under warranty. That is my only reason for 4 stars under Quality. Everything else is great!

This is the most awesome, spacious and high quality refrigerator. All areas are huge and its easy to find anything. If area is too small racks can easily be moved to accommodate larger items...Just Love Love Love It!!!

very spacious unit with nice shelves. Had an issue with the light staining on but LG sent a repairman out to replace light unit and no problems since. The ice machine does tend to overflow but I guess thats better than never being full.
