Skip the inferior look alike step cans. This is the best!
Beautiful size and shape (we bought the 50L). Ease of use keeps trash "invisible". Highly recommend.

Product arrived without a scratch. Looks and works like another stainless appliance.
I put my old trash can outside 0n garbage day and none of the scrappers bothered.
I also put the simple human box out there and it was gone in minutes. That box was so heavy duty it could be used as an end table

Not as good as the last one

The cover does not close all the way when it goes down and gets stuck in the up position. Sort of not thrilled with this one.
The last one we had survived 15 busy years, but this one already isn’t great for what I paid.

I never imagined loving a trash bin. When people come over or ask what’s new? I respond with my Simplehuman trash bins. I bought two 50L. I highly recommend them. I especially like the lock to keep bins open. And the trash bags are great. Measured exactly for bin. 30 gal are too small for this particular size. Get the Q size from simplehuman
