Best trash can for dog lovers!

Was recommended to me for a can that no dog could get into. We have found this to be true. The price is well worth the aid in stopping a repeated bad behavior in a home with 4 dogs and often many foster pups.

No bag storage

The Best Can Around

I have two different models, the 45L and a much older smaller version no longer sold but very similair to this model. The new model is very well constructed and works terrific. I like mechanical contraptions and this one does not disappoint. Step action opens quickly but not out of control, when the pedal is released it closes at the perfect speed noiselessly. No batteries or sensors, just old fashioned lever actions that are very well designed. My old model is over tens years old still performing like new. This great design, durabilty and value is the reason I bought another when I needed another nice step can. Thanks Simplehuman for sticking to your mission, I and many others really do appreciate your products.

The slim line fits snugly next to the bar/island and the lid clears the space when open perfectly. The soft close great. Very satisfied with easy changing liner.

Best trash can I’ve ever owned

This trash can has become our favorite part of the house believe it or not. It’s completely quiet opening and closing. We love that the doors can be locked open. There is also a step inside that you can prop the inner can onto for easy emptying and re-bagging. It’s the little things. Highly recommend.

Great trash can

I love this trash can. My only complaint is that it doesn't hold more. The basket insert is much smaller than the trash can so the size of this from the outside is deceiving.
