Exceeded my expectations

I didn't realize the difference a trash can could make lol. I'm 100% impressed with the design and functionality - my frustration with previous garbage cans led me to this one and I have zero regret spending the money. It fits perfectly and the lid isn't hitting the counter space.

Nice heavy stainless steel trash cans. Great for people with large dogs. Even when knocked over difficult for them to open and make a mess. Very happy with purchasr.

Nice surprise to find a plastic liner inside. Regular kitchen bags fit fine. Locking lid open mechanism is a little stiff and requires lots of finger pressure.

We had an old automatic opening can that had served us well. It reminded me or R2D2, but it was time for a new one as I spent more and more time waiving my hand in front of the sensor. Our new can opens easily with a push of the foot pedal. I wish the butterfly lid style came in a larger size.

Absolutely happy with this step can. We had one before which I handed down to my son (LOL pretty funny...handing down trash cans) however because of the quality we stayed with simplehuman and upgraded. Thank you for putting together an awesome trash can!!!
