I really liked the soap dispenser until it stopped working!!! I am glad to have the replacement and hope that it performs as well as the first one did in the beginning!!!

I bought the first pump it worked for awhile but started leaking, called they replaced it once I sent it back, replacement didn't work at all. :( :(

Remember to register the product after purchase

This is the first simplehuman battery operated soap dispenser purchased. I do own and really enjoy the use of the USB charged dispensers that I own. This one even though it did not get as much use in a high traffic area and dry climate I live it created a film/corrosion of the batteries and battery area within the dispenser and would not operate. I called Customer Service (since I had registered the dispenser at time of purchase) and a new one was sent out to me as a replacement. simplehuman Customer Service stands behind their product when you as the consumer take the time to register all of the simplehuman products that you purchase. That is the key.

Fabulous soap dispenser

I put this in my kitchen and am really happy with it. I can get soap by simply putting one hand out. I may need to buy for my bathrooms too!
