More on service than sale

The sensor pump is great when working. I had an issue with my first pump - soap got into the motor area and corroded the insides. Customer service was great. They replaced the unit quickly with no hassle. A great company that backs their product. Although my second pump is giving me problems now-it takes two activations for the soap to come out, I would still recommend this product and company.

Nicest one yet

I think I have had all models and this one may be the best. The dispense action seems quicker and more precise and its smaller size seems to preclude errant things getting underneath the spout and triggering the dispense mechanism.

My main complaint rather than the high cost of the device would be that the batteries don’t seem to last very long.

great purchase/great product

We have owned one for the kitchen for several years and added one to our bathroom. It makes washing your hands second nature. Super important right now.
This is very durable. However, only use simplehuman soap in it. We did ruin one with soap which was too thick for it .

My 8 fl. oz. sensor pump review

I think it's great, if i had any complaint it would be the capacity, i wish it was a little bigger so that I didn't have to refill as often. I had an older one with larger capacity, but without warning it quit pumping, there was just nothing coming out, no sound of the pump pumping or anything. I really like the product, but it really annoyed me when the pump quit working on my older model. Oh and there was a problem with the plastic in the battery compartment being cracked and pieces broken, in my older one. It had never been dropped, banged around, or otherwise abused to explain it being cracked, at least while it was in my possession after purchase, but it still worked until the pump quit so i let it be. So far this new one is working perfectly, and I haven't noticed any cracks or other problems. I guess I'll have to wait and see how long the pump lasts in this new one before i can form an informed opinion about the overall quality of the product, and value for the dollar spent.
