This replaced an older larger model that finally gave up the ghost and this one is better. They improved the battery compartment and the smaller size is not that big of a deal.

I bought this to go by our kitchen sink and it's been a great purchase so far. I plan on using the simplehuman liquid soap I purchased in addition to this dispenser, but I had some leftover Mrs. Meyers liquid soap I put in it first and it works great. I love that you can adjust how much soap comes out at a time. The only complaint I have is that it gets very spotty from the water that splashes up on it, but it's easy enough to wipe off every once in a while.

The pump is wonderful...when it works. I love the idea of putting my own soap in. Unfortunately almost when the pump is 2 years old, it just quits. However, you company is wonderful because it replaced my last one, which made me a very happy camper! Thank you Simple Human.

Useful, convenient, and works well

I have used this sensor pump for a few weeks now. It is simple to set up, looks great, and is useful. The sensor is responsive, the soap never gets stuck in the pump, and I am still using the sample pack of soap that came with my box. I wonder how it will work with the "normal" soap I use from Dr. Bronner's. One thing I could see being a small issue is how water droplets easily form water spots on the housing, that make it look dirty. It looks like it may require constant wipe downs to look shiny if people aren't careful with splashing water.

Great soap pump. I use in my Cake kitchen, it’s great NO HANDS needed to pump just put your hands under and perfect amount of soap!
