Sensor soap pump

This is my second one. The first one had to be replaced. Received the second one, shortly before Christmas. Still not happy. It works once in a while, but not consistently, I will not buy another one.

Wonderful product – when it works

It quit working after one week - I have had others that quit working after about one year – very disappointed in this one. When they work, they are wonderful.

Replacement

I purchased my recent sensor pump to replace the same model. I was very disappointed when my last one died after I cleaned out the soap. It was surprisingly fragile to water. Why would a soap dispenser not hold up to simply rinsing out the soap reservoir? I did not submerge it in water and was very careful to only rinse the reservoir.

I hope this product continues to operate like this for years to come. The no-drip dispensing is fantastic. It's also quiet and fast. Every bathroom should have one. Wife loves it too.

Thank you simplehuman for standing by your product. The first one broke after less than 6 months. Rather than leave me high and dry, the company replaced the unit. A very rare "virtue" these days. I purchased the product to use following rotator cuff surgery and now I'm addicted.
