Awesome product ...... except

We have purchased 5 of these soap pumps , one for every bathroom and kitchen sink . Absolutely love them . However we have had issues with two of them already . Simple human does have fantastic customer service and has replaced both without any issue. That's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 . Our pumps are only a year old but we love them !!!
