Love this soap pump--and their customer service even more. My first one, sadly, was defective (soap leaked into cavity at the bottom and eventually into battery compartment). I contacted them and, after providing the information and photos they needed, they shipped a replacement. I'm very happy to have it back in service at my kitchen sink. It's been kept very busy!

I love this soap dispenser! Have purchased/given over 4 dispensers. Don’t forget to register your SH products. I recently had an issue and SH quickly tried to help me troubleshoot and when it did not work, they sent me a replacement product. I get compliments all the time on this dispenser and how all my guests love the thoughtfulness as well as the great functionality of this product. Especially during this era of Covid19 and upcoming and recurring annual flu seasons.

I purchased FIVE of these: gifted 4 to others, kept one. Simply put, mine SPIT at random times, followed instructions to fix it but no success. . I sent it back and received a new one but was told I had not kept the sensor clean: I HAD HAD IT FOR ONE WEEK!!! This one spits too. Maybe it’s me....

Love, love, love this dispenser. I had the larger size and it did not function well so I returned it and it was replaced with the smaller size. I plan to buy several for gifts. I like being able to adjust the amount of soap dispensed.

I have two of these sensor pump soap dispensers and really like them. I had a problem with one of them and it was returned and a replacement was promptly received. If you like hands free soap dispensing this is the product for you.
