Hmmm...If We Only Had A Few More

We really like it. Simple everything. Will consider additional units for other places in the home. The one potential challenge I see though is having to change batteries with soap still in the dispenser. Maybe the units can be designed with a USB charging port. Just a thought.

Thank you for your feedback. The lid on our sensor soap pumps have a rubber seal which prevents soap from leaking when changing the batteries. As a friendly reminder, we also have rechargeable sensor soap pumps that have a USB port for quick and easy charging.

Works pretty well most of the time. Used to clog frequently, but since we watered down the Dawn soap we put in, it tends to clog less. No indicator as to when batteries are getting low.

Our liquid soap sensor pumps are designed to indicate a blinking red light at the top of the pump when the batteries are running low. These pumps should last 9-12 months on a fresh set of high-capacity alkaline batteries based on average daily use.

Great Sensor Soap Dispenser

Since the COVID-19 pandemic struck the United States, I knew that the simplehuman sensor pump was going to be useful! I really like the soap dispenser due to the "touchless" option. This is my first purchase of a sensor soap pump from simplehuman and I intend to purchase several more! Thanks for providing quality innovative products.

Super Sensor Pump

In early April, I bought a white 8 oz. pump for one bathroom and a 13 oz. pump with caddy for my kitchen. I loved them so much I immediately wanted to order two more for other sinks. I had to wait as all of the pumps were out of stock. As soon as I saw they were available, I ordered two more in brushed nickel. They are perfect for all the extra hand washing we are doing these days. The touch free feature is also very handy in the kitchen when my hands have been touching raw chicken. I highly recommend these products!

Have had for a little over a week and it has already quit once. I changed batteries and it started working again, but doesn't put out much soap. There is soap leaking into the battery compartment.

Looks nice and releases soap quickly

The sensor is not too sensitive and it dispenses soap quickly which is nice because you don't have to wait too long for the soap to come out. The brushed nickel is nice and clean-looking. I've. used it in the kitchen and the bathroom. The base has little feet that keep the dispenser off the counter to prevent the base from getting wet. It's a good size--not too small, not too big. I would recommend to anyone!

Sensor soap dispenser

I love this soap dispenser, but it just doesn’t last for more than a year before it stops working. It sits in our kitchen and is used multiple times during the day. We truly miss it every time it stops working. I would love to give it five stars, but I can’t because of its lack of dependability.
