As a baker and cook, I find myself with both hands a mess at the same time. This soap dispenser is a life saver in my kitchen, it has been in my kitchen for over 10 years. Well worth the money. If I need help from simplehuman, I have their complete attention!

So...upon opening and setting up, noticed it very lightweight compared to my previous lysol machine that lasted years, hope i can get the years out of this one, and why the stickers on it that i will have to cleanly remove with goo gone? Also the sample soap pack does not even fill it half way...i did have the foresight to order 3 pk. of refill soap, but i think the sample pk should at least fill it once, esp. for the price!

The BEST soap dispenser ever!

This is the perfect size to fit in a crowded space. The best thing is you can see all the soap you put in through the see-through container, so there is no guessing when to re-fill. I love the + and - buttons on the top so you can regulate how much soap you want to come out at a time. It looks nice and works great! It is perfect for these bad times we are in now. It comes with a sample of the lavender soap which fills it up about half way to get you started. This is in such demand right now and it's on back-order. I told my sister about it and she ordered one the day after I did, and she is waiting until May 11th to get hers, but I told her it is worth the wait!

This is the third sensor pump I've had-- I love it and customer service is great. It's been replaced twice ~~ I don't understand why it stops working... no kids playing around with it or anything like that! It's a wonderful product when

This is my 2nd unit, the other was returned for the same issue. For some odd reason the pump just keeps pouring soap without anyone being around it, and overnight, all by itself. I called the help desk, (even out of the box, with no usage) they said: To clean the sensor, turn the unit off, take the batteries out, and then restart the unit... which we followed it to the letter, and yet it keeps on pouring out, (much less than before) however it's annoying to see it not working as it should. We have the other, the non battery, and from day one it works flawlessly. Pls advise!! Thx!

After 10 years, the automatic soap dispenser I bought when I had my kitchen renovated went out . So sad! I've tried other brands, but they are not the work horses my simplehuman's are. I have one in the bathroom, too. Thanks for making a great product.
