I love the convience of my sensor pump. No matter how dirty my hands are, I don,t have to touch anything to have my soap dispensed. It is convient and sanitary.

We have 4 units, one failed within two weeks (dispensed soap after hand withdrawn), it was replaced without undue hassle. With four units, seems like we use a fair qty of AA batts. Markings showing which way the batts go in could be interpreted in either of two ways, only one of them right. If clean, the IR hand detectors work pretty well for hands, not so well for a sponge unless there's hot water in it. One of the units is a little slow to dispense, slightly annoying. We do like the clear container to see soap levels. Don't care for the supplied soap; we use other brands of (better smelling and less expensive) soap, slightly diluted, seems successful.

This is an elegant piece for any bathroom. Works flawlessly and quietly. The design is classy and is functional as well. A nice upgrade from previous models. Would be a welcome addition in any household. Well worth the price.

Have been using my pump for 2 weeks. Works great so far. It puts out just the right amount of soap and works every time. Time will tell if it clogs up.
