This pump function s poorly and randomly. The first unit was a constant struggle to get it to dispense soap when we wanted. About a third of the soap was spit onto the countertop because of some passing shadow or other random event. The pump failed on the second reload, and Simple Human quickly replaced it, but we had no better luck with the second unit. We gave up and went back to a simple hand pump.

Simple sleek design . Easy to fill with Simple Human liquid soap . Can dispense in 3 different amounts - you decide. The soap smells delicious( sample was lavender ) and it lasts along time. With the ongoing pandemic it is a sure way to be extra safe!

We had one of these for years, and it eventually wore out. We immediately ordered a new one as a replacement. I love the hands free dispensing of soap.

I ordered this soap pump when simplehuman had a sale due to the pandemic. I thought it was larger than this but when it came I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it fit its location on my kitchen sink perfectly. It's small enough to be unobtrusive, but large enough to hold just enough liquid soap to last for weeks. I love the quick shot of soap it releases which isn't wasteful at all. It's my first sensor pump but it won't be my last. Love it!

This new model is very nice looking in our kitchen.. The sensor leaves a little to be desired, in that it doesn't always respond and dispense as quickly as older ones.
