I love this soap dispenser. However, a few weeks after I bought it, it stopped working. I changed the batteries but that did not help. So I called customer service and they tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone.
That didn't work so they sent me a return label . They were unable to fix it so I was given a. replacement. I just hope that the new one does not stop working soon. And if it does, I hope the warranty will still apply since I have already received one replacement.

works well, can adjust the "squirt" of soap to a point that is a consensus level that I like vs. what my spouse likes, can see amount of soap remaining in the clear back. Touch-less is neater and more sanitary that old pump bottle.

The system works well. The brushed look isn't very sharp with its tinge of gold. Wish I ordered the shiny silver. The gold tone is not my taste.

I was unsure when the package arrived as the box is very big. But it turned out to be protective covering and the size and style fits beautifully in both the bathroom and kitchen.

The product appears to be well made and carries a 2 year warranty. We find it easy to use and becomes automatic to reach under the spout as you approach the sink. We now have one on each sink in the house
