The dispenser did not work at all. I love Simple Human Company. I have products from this company. I was very disappointed in the soap dispenser. I just though it away. I would not recommend.

Yes...But

We have two models of the sensor pump...one large in our kitchen, and the smaller one for the guest bath. Simplehuman had to replace the smaller one since it just didn't work after a short while. Their understanding & response was very good. And, even though the unit was out of warranty (I had just put is in the garage for a long time when it quit working), they stepped up & gave me a new one. The only other problem I have is when the batteries get low. They are difficult to change with soap still in the unit. Pouring out the soap to replace the batteries is a messy experience. Also, it's difficult to understand how the batteries should be placed. That is, which go up & which go down. It is a great looking unit, and works well most of the time.

Thank you for your feedback. The lid on our sensor soap pumps have a rubber seal which prevents soap from leaking when changing the batteries. The diagram on the bottom of the pump indicates which direction the batteries should face. A product specialist has reached out to you to provide further assistance.
