I had the sensor pump as a gift and had some leaking problem. Called support line and replaced it. It is working fine now and we love it.

Great Soap Dispenser

We own two sensor pump soap dispensers, one for a couple of years and the other for about 9 months. Each totally satisfies its intended needed: sanitary dispensing of soap in a kitchen environment. Use is easy and clean. Each blends nicely into the kitchen decor. We have not experienced unwanted dripping. We re experienced a leak in one of the seems of the newer unit. Although I may disagree with the Simply Human failure diagnosis, Simply Human replaced the failed unit with no questions asked. Great customer service!
