Beautiful design

Love the design and sleekness, had my first pump sent out to be replaced the first one was giving out . The second one is dispensing soap but the green light that is suppose to light up isn't lighting up every time it dispenses, which isn't a big deal as far as functional but hope it doesn't lead to anything worse. But either than that love it! Love their customer service they are awesome!

Haven’t been so excited about a purchase in a long time

Never knew how many times during the course of making dinner that I would wash my hands! Love the two settings feature that portions out the soap, and its sensor is so good that there are never any accidental splashes of soap when I get too near it doing other things. Got a great price too! :heavy_heart_exclamation_mark_ornament:️

My soap dispenser stopped working and when I called customer service they said they would email me a shipping label. They would attempt to fix the dispenser and if it was not fixable they would send a new one, which they did send me a new unit. I LOVE this product. My only issue is..... since this is a soap dispenser and we know this product is going to come into contact with water, why not make the legs be a little bigger so that the unit will not sit in water and cause the dispenser from working. Thanks for great customer service.

Battery Killer

This is my third sample of this soap dispenser, the first 2 replaced under warranty, which is expiring soon and before the previous issues would appear. The issue with those is the complete depletion of battery power in less than 6 months under very light usage, even when not used for weeks. If this occurs with latest sample it will be relegated to the scrap heap.

I've bought 12 pumps for myself and relatives and love them. They are the perfect gift and I can't say enough good things about them. The only down thing is don't have your TV remote by one and change channels it will trigger it to dispense soap. I would give it 10 stars if it was available!
