I just want to state for the record that this unit was delivered while we were not at our Florida address. Therefore, we will not be able to unpack it and review it until mid January when we return to Florida. I am optimistic that this unit will function as intended and I will not experience any of the “glitches” mentioned in some of the other reviews.

I really like the ease of use and looks of this. At about 18 months of use, it stop working but, SimpleHuman replaced it with no cost to me sending it back and shipping a new one. It was under the 2 year warranty. Gave it a 4 star rating because it' was not abused use (just me in my kitchen) and the warranty is now just the remainder of the 2 years the original covers.

I especially like the ability to make volume adjustments that this pump has. I also appreciate that you can see how full the machine is. Perfect size for the kitchen counter, but would like a smaller unit for a single sink area.
