We had the larger size pump for many years, it was quick and never sluggish. The new one is Extremely Slow, very disappointing since the previous one was so great

This device works exceptionally well, unlike so many of those annoying sinks and dispensers in public restrooms. Just wish it wasn't so hard to find an unscented liquid soap that produces good suds. I highly recommend this dispenser. I did not try the soap sample that came with it because I do not care for the scent of lavender.
