This is the THIRD time I have not gotten a good sensor pump and this one came under the warranty straight from the company. It only worked for a very short time then stopped. Turns out the batteries were soaked with soap. I am not a happy camper.

These battery-operated pumps feature a sealed battery compartment that will not allow soap to leak through. The pumps can last for years as long as they are not rinsed or submerged under water. Our new foaming and rechargeable soap pumps are water-proof and can be washed safely.

This is my 5th & 6th automatic soap dispenser! I have them in my kitchen for dish soap and one for hand soap. Love your product!

It's quiet, quick, and works well. It's a tad bigger than I thought it would be but I've gotten used to the size. No battery issues yet after a month.

If you take hot showers the steam will eventually damage top clear coat finish. Simplehuman exchanged one for me with no issues but I placed it in the kitchen instead.

When cleaning the product, we always recommend against using any chemical cleaners. Instead use a soft cloth dampened with warm water and a mild detergent like dish soap to help polish and maintain the finish of the pump.

I am enjoying the hands free convenience. Just make sure you are not using your TV remote nearby. It triggers the dispenser!
