Perfect! and even better in these COVID times

Purchased our 1st pump about 8 years ago and absolutely loved it. We now own 5 and have in every bathroom and the kitchen. With motion sensor faucets and the sensor pump, no one ever needs to touch anything to properly wash their hands.
Just love this pump!!!

Best sensor pump on market!

I received a sensor pump about 7 years ago as a gift....it is still going strong! I recently purchased the newer model of the same pump, and am very pleased. No dripping, no clogging! Great product!

I had received this product as a gift and it turned out that it didn’t work at all when I got it but customer service was very helpful and sent me a replacement within 2 days!! I love the designs that simple human provide! Not only do I have this soap dispenser I have the trash can /bags and plan to buy more!

WORTH THE PATIENCE

Had to have it replaced, due to motion detector not working, but worth the trouble getting it again, because I need a hand-less dispensing of soap, in the home. I do keep the soap diluted, so that the dispenser pump doesn't clog. Very attractive on the counter-top of the bathroom. Kids are more apt to use the soap, because it's so "niffty" to wave one's hand and get soap to wash up with. ! :)

Selecting a stable liquid soap, such as simplehuman soap, is better than diluting the soap. A clogged pump is usually caused by extended non-use period. Simple priming procedures can be found here http://www.simplehuman.com/support/pumps/sensor-pump.

Very useful product

The sensor pump is an excellent soap dispenser. We have three of them in our home, one in each of two bathrooms and one in the kitchen. We particularly like the fact that, no matter what we have on our hands, particularly when cooking, we can soap them up for washing without having to touch (and contaminate) the soap dispenser. My only issue is that I'd like more flexibility in setting the volume of soap dispensed. It seems like it's either more than or less than I want for each squirt.
