We love our trashcan. I can't say anything negative about it. We use the big compartment for the trash and the small one - for recycling. We are a family of four and that works better for us.

Some things I like, one I don't...

Overall it's a good trash can. I think I'm probably out of my mind for paying that much for a trash can, but we'll see if the warranty makes it worthwhile. FYI, I paid a third of the cost for one that had an electric lid, that still worked after 4 years, but for whatever reason my husband had trouble getting it to open for him. Anyway, not the point, I LOVE that I have a bigger bin for recycling and a smaller one for regular trash. We try and recycle as much as possible which means we have a larger volume, so a bigger recycling bin is great. Also, I don't like having stinky trash around for a long time, so a smaller trash bin allows me to take it out more often. I also love that the bins come out independently. The only problem I have is the lid doesn't really close flush, which attracts fruit flies. Not big enough that they get in, but still a problem.

the trash container is too small for us. an equal size between recycle and trash would have been better.

Love the Dual compartments

This can fits right in to my newly remodeled kitchen. I love it. My husband loves the wheels on it since he always drags the garbage over to kitchen sink when he's cutting up food. If I had to say one bad thing about it, it would be the steel on the can by the pedal is flimsy and I could see this getting dented easily.

I can't believe I have strong feelings about a trash bin but here we are.bI wanted a sleek looking dual compartment bin and that's what I got! The bins come out easily and it opens and closes quietly. It looks great in my kitchen and I'd buy it again.

Inner compartments are smaller then expected - overall appearance and height is good

Not really thrilled with this can. It's way smaller then I expected so we switched using the left for trash and right side for recycle. Now right side is too small for recycling. Overall the can is just so small for either. At this point wish I could return and get a different size.
