Tiniest compartment for trash

I was so excited for this trash can when ordering it, but my hatred for the tiny space for the actual trash has trumped it all. I love the larger space for the recycling but come on! We all need a little more space for the trash. We've only had it for 3 days and I'm already so beyond frustrated with this thing! I've had to take out the little trash just about every day and we only have one little one, I can't imagine a family of 4 or 5. I can't even empty out my vacuum canister without dirt getting everywhere because the canister is bigger than the tiny trash receptacle!

The dual compartments are super cool, but I wish they were more equal in size instead of such a small trash side. Also, it would be really helpful if there were an embossed "Recycle" symbol on the lid to identify the recycling bin side -- people are confused and keep putting trash in the recycling.... a simple recycle symbol sticker would even help, but it doesn't come with anything like that. Overall, it's a great product and I'm very happy to have it in my home. It looks nice, is easy to clean, and the soft-close lid is awesome!

Damaged product - slow to respond service

I’ve been waiting for a resolution after submitting a request on 6/7/23. The last response I received was on 6/12/23. It is now 6/22/23. I’d like a response and a resolution to the issue with my product.

Perfect Dual Compartment Step Can

This step can fits perfectly in my small kitchen without obstructing the pathways in and out of my kitchen. It has two compartments for trash and recycling. I love the product.
