This is a perfect fit for the end of a kitchen cabinet. And to have a place for both regular trash and recyclables under one roof is the best. (There won't be room for larger recyclables like boxes - you'll have to walk those out separately)

It’s weird to actually LIKE a trash can, right? It’s no more than a receptacle for garbage.
This thing is both beautiful and extremely well built. The lid opens smoothly, and it shuts whisper soft.
Fingerprints? There are none. I don’t know what kind of witchcraft this thing is made with, but there are never any fingerprints on this beaut.
When I bought it, I had zero intention of actually buying any more of the custom simplehuman trash bags. But, they’re just so perfect, and I’ve been able to get a few uses out of each one.
I can’t believe I’m fawning over a trash can, but it’s really perfect.

If you recycle more than you toss, this is a great option! The wide shape works well in my kitchen, and I love that the top doesn’t bump into the wall when it opens. The keep open feature works great while prepping a whole bunch at once!
