Love this soap dispenser!!!!

My husband saw this and really wanted it for our newly redecorated guest bathroom. I'm glad I went along with it. It's great that it's hands free. I also really love the lavender soap. We plan purchasing several more for our kitchen and other bathrooms.

Concept is great when it works, but...

Purchased this product about 15 months ago. It worked fine for about 3 months, then intermittently stopped working, requiring ongoing resets. Contacted Customer Service, the unit was shipped back and another was sent as a replacement. The same thing has happened repeatedly, requiring replacement FIVE times, We have had the current unit since approximately the end of November, it is starting to display some of the signs that have ultimately led to us having to return the unit for replacement in the past - lack of functionality that requires the unit to be reset intermittently, which ultimately leads to being required prior to almost each use. We will see if this is the case again, but if history is a guide, it will. PROS: Unfortunately, the biggest pro to this product is a generous warranty, CONS: Doesn't remain functional long enough to ignore the warranty. That all said, if and when it works, we really like it.

Nice product

We really like this product. It has a nice finish and you can determine how much soap it should dispense. I'm split on this product however. I have 4 in all and some of them work just fine while others I've had to return for replacement after 6 to 10 months of use. So I just had 3 of them replaced. I just hope I don't have to replace these in the next 6 months.

Well the first sensor pump was returned due to it's dispensing soap whenever it wanted to. It has now been a couple of weeks since we received a replacement pump from Simple Human. This new pump is working very well, it also dispenses a more appropriate amount of fluid. So thanks Simple Human for taking great care of your customers. Keep up the good work it will pay huge dividends in the long run. Enjoy your success.

Good but rechargeable's better

We had to send this back and it was replaced - a very convenient process. However, in a commercial setting, people don't know what to check when it doesn't work properly...is it the batteries? is it out of soap? Sometimes, the batteries get knocked out of place and don't quite make a proper connection and thus we lose power. I also bought the rechargeable model and I find that it works better in our setting. No batteries to get knocked out of place and you can see if there is soap or not.

Very good, actractive product that is very handy and useful. It fits right in with our brushed nickel faucets and looks like a part of the kitchen, not just an add-on.
