Looks great..not so sure about functionality

This is a great looking pump. I enjoy looking at it and it is easy to refill and operate. However, I had problems with it pumping soap whenever it wanted to, so I am not very confident regarding how well this works and it does have glitches.

LOOKS BETTER THAN IT WORKS

we continue to have issues with Simple Human sensor Pump soap dispensers- we have 8 in our office - they work great for a few weeks- then for some reason- the devices just stop working- its the sensing device- to Simple Humans credit -I call customer service- I send the faulty one back they send me a new one
I will continue to buy this product- until I works as great as it looks

Goes well with bathroom fixtures

Had ordered 2 neither one worked after 5 months changing batteries wasn't the answer moisture build up in the chambers. Since they were under warranty returned them and received replacements. So far these 2 seem to work very well much better than the 1st 2.

I got one for my bathroom and loved it so much I got another for my kitchen. I don't have to pump with dirty hands; the refills last forever and are so easy to do; it's "greener" than using plastic pump bottle after plastic pump bottle. And it's attractive! Simplehuman hits it out of the park again!

This soap dispenser works great! Love the fact that you don't have to touch it to dispense soap so there's no germs when using in the kitchen or bathrooms. The brushed nickel is beautiful and easily cleaned. Would purchase again!

Don't know if I love product or service best. This time certainly keeps the sink area neater and uncluttered. Will continue to use because of service or product! Don't know!
