Bought one. It worked for about a month. Company replaced the insides - couldn't get it to work. Company replaced the unit completely - couldn't get it to work. This is a piece of junk. Never Again.

nice design but be prepared to own stock in a battery company

I bought four of these units for around the house. during the first three months I changed the batteries on each unit a minimum of three times each.. even when not used that often, the units seem to constantly draw battery power.. I did contact customer support who recalled the units and shipped four new ones to me which I just received. time will now tell if these units are any better, but in the meanwhile I will hold onto my shares of stock.

Best on the market at any price! This new design puts the refill port and batteries right on top for ease in maintenance. I have several and have bought them for gifts. Also have other Simple Human products and each is a design and function masterpiece!

I am a germaphobe so the soap sensor dispenser is a perfect item to have. Mine did not work correctly and I contacted the company. They sent me a new one after I returned the old one so they have great customer service. I bought two more, just love them!

Bought 2...one broke so I sent it back and they replaced it for free (great customer service) but within a week it stopped working again. I think they are too sensitive to water getting in them....after all, near water is where they will always be.

This soap pump saved my life!

Okay – so the soap pump did not actually save my life – but it is a great product. Easy to clean up and I love the adjustable flow control. Simple human stands behind their product. This review site, however, is a little difficult to use – not compatible with my iPhone.

Good looking functional product although the pump failed in less than a year. Under warranty so a new one was sent and the old one returned at no charge.Phone rep could not have been nicer. Although the battery compartment is sealed, soap found its way into the compartment and the battery contacts corroded.
