Sensor Pump 8oz too small

I think the caddy which comes with the Large sensor pump is useless ..I wanted a sensor pump that was larger but the only way I could obtain it was to buy the caddy sensor pump. In the past I have purchased numerous pumps but his is the first time that I had to end up with a piece of JUNK attached and the additional cost. I THINK THIS IS A BOLD RIP-OFF.

Easy to use, clean, sanitary and looks nice.

This is the second one I purchased. I had a problem with the second one, but after talking to customer service, they quickly replaced it and made good on their warranty. I love it because I don't have to touch a soap dispenser with my hands. It looks very nice at our kitchen sink and the caddy is great for holding a sponge. My original one which is 3 years old but still working had some age related scratches and no caddy so I purchased this one to replace it. Works great.

Sensor Pump with Caddy

I love the idea of having this sensor pump with caddy right next to my kitchen sink. It’s awesome when it works and I love the lemon dish soap! My only problem is that I usually have to reset it every day to keep it working. I turn it off, remove the batteries, clean the sensor window, replace the batteries and then push the + until the dish soap starts flowing.
I have a lot of simple human products, including a 10X magnifying mirror that lights up when you are next to it, an under cabinet paper towel holder that my husband and I both love and a wall mounted plastic bag holder that we purchased yesterday. We also bought a sensor pump as a house warming gift for our son’s bathroom.
Love ALL your products but just wish we didn’t have this recurring problem with our sensor soap dispenser.

Nice but sometimes a pain

I've been using the dispensers for quite some time. It seems that we the public are the test group. I've owned about 6 of these over the years and granted each new one I buy seems to improve over the old model. I'm really the only one that uses these about 90% of the time and then when I have company or my girlfriend spend the weekend here. The issues that I've encountered have been with the clogging of the nozzle and the most recent was the sensor, I've been told.
Don't get me wrong I like the aspect of holding your hand and having the soap dispensed but these issues always crop up. They do have a warranty yet it seems that they die just after the warranty runs out. Luckily two were replaced but it is not with a new warranty it is only good for the remainder of the one you sent it.
I think that my next one will be a different brand just to try it out and see if brand X is any different. Would have given it a 2.5 star but not available.

I like the larger size. Have not had any clogging. Use a natural alternative soap, my favorite I have been using for years.
