So far it has worked better than the charging versions and not clogged yet so I'm happy and it's bigger in size too.

I have 2 of the sensor pumps, 1 for dishes and 1 for hands and love them. Don't know how I did without them. Also have a kitchen garbage can and love that as well.

Easy to use and works as advertised

Easy to use, large capacity, works as advertised. Sponge holder detaches for proper cleaning. I use this for dishwashing liquid. I don’t buy the simple human refills for this model. Method dishwashing soap has a very similar formula and viscosity to the simple human hand soap and works perfectly in this machine without issues. The sensor only responds to hands or arms, so rarely goes off accidentally by things like moving pots while washing dishes. Highly recommended.

Converted skeptic

That was hesitant in spending this much money for something that I could easily replace with a hand pump much cheaper....but after owning it for a week and a half I don't know where this has been for my whole life. I pair it with four enloope rechargeable batteries and I expect this to be working perfectly for a long time.

We recommend using high-capacity alkaline batteries with this pump.

Love the concept

I love the concept, but......... The system eats batteries and the batteries are not easy to replace when there is soap int he reservoir. I purchased two units and SH replaced both of them when they started to leak soap from the bottom of the unit. SH replaced both no charge but same issue with batteries exists and so far no leaking.

One set of batteries should last more than 6 months. Using brand new quality alkaline batteries will help ensure long life. We recommend Duracell Alkaline batteries. Don't use rechargeable AA batteries. Always keep battery contacts clean and dry.

Love the pump but am disappointed that my last one only lasted for 2 years. For the price I would think it would have a longer life span
