I am happy with performance of this kettle. The only concern that I have is that a small amount of water tends to leak from the seam just up from the bottom. It is not hot so it must be leaking into this space under the interior kettle bottom before it heats. The long term effects of this are unknown and I am just waiting to see what they might be.
