Loved the style and performance of the kettle. However, after a few months the plastic window cracked due to heat and after a while began to leak.

This is an amazing tea kettle! It heats up water quickly! The only recommendation I have is to provide a cover or topper for the spout. I use a stainless steel champagne bottle stopper to cover the spout when kettle is not in use.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago as I had the previous one like it for over 4 years. It heats water quickly and holds over 4 large mugs of hot water which works great for us as we are heating water and drinking tea 3 to 4 times a day. I like that the heating element is now enclosed which keeps the inside of the kettle not only clean but easy to wipe out. I hope this one holds up as well as my previous Cuisinart Kettle buys.

Bought this kettle a few months ago as a replacement for an older model. I've been very pleased with overall performance, appearance and quality. It heats quickly, and I love the ability to easily check the water level by looking through the sight glass. The lighted on/off lever is also a nice convenience. Great product.

Love the classic shape. I bought this to replace another brand that had corroded inside and didn't set firmly on its base. I appreciate the secure contact between kettle and "power base." The switch on the kettle is sturdy, too. As instructed, after each use I empty it fully and allow it to dry. I expect this beauty will make me happy for years.
