So far I am quite satisfied with my Otterbox, I would not have another phone without one. It was easy to install, looks tough, and feels good to the touch. The way my phone felt before I was concerned that I may drop and break it at any time. Now it feels much more secure in my hand or lying in my car.
I do have a couple of complaints, one is it took 3 weeks instead of three days for delivery but it was probably due to the bad weather situation across the upper states. Secondly the plastic screen protector provided would not go on well, the paper tabs left residual paper and glue on the shield and the I could not get a lot of the air bubbles out. I have installed these on other phones with no problems before. I felt like this shield was either very old or defective in the manufacturing process.

My favorite thing about my Otter Box is that while it adds protection it doesn't add a lot of bulk. I have dropped my phone a few times since putting the Otter Box on and my phone was protected. It looks nice and stylish.
There are a few things about it that I don't like. The rubber on the bottom of the front pops out from time to time when I take my phone out of my pocket. Also, the pink took on a bluish hue after putting it in the pocket of my jeans just once.
Other than those few hiccups it think it is a great product.

This case is simply awesome. It has double protection with the rubber on the inside and hard plastic on the out. It looks good and gives the phone a better grasp. Perfect size. I have not dropped it yet so i do not know how it will do in protecting my phone but we will find out.
