I travel both for work and pleasure. I bought three full sets 28,24,20....for myself and daughters. We have used them twice this mth. Rolls very easy. Still look brand new. 20" fit easily in overhead, and also under the seat. The only negative thing I can think of, is there is not an outside pocket which I often used in soft sided luggage to access a charger or paperwork if needed. Not a deterrent however, since I can keep those items in my purse. Love the luggage!
