The shape and size are perfect. However although it looks heavy duty, obviously it's not since it cracked a bit from my second trip. I still use it anyway cZ I love it!

light but not very easy to carry&control when it's heavy

The luggage is light and easy to use. But when it's full and heavy, it become hard to control. And when we want to lift it, it's seems to be quite vulnerable. For a 28" or up luggage, I would not recommend this serie. But it would be good if the size is smaller, because the luggage itself is light.
