Not Impressed, Doesn't roll well and easily damaged

Not up to the usual Samsonite quality of the past that I remember. I was in the market for a new carry-on primarily for work travel, my old was ready for retirement, and decided on this bag. My main complaint with his bag is its wheels, as they are very small and hardly roll when not on perfectly smooth surfaces. On carpet or pavement, or cobblestones, pretty much have to have it tipped on 2 wheels and even then it gets caught often on almost everything or seems to have a lot of friction making it difficult to roll. In one short trip, there is already a good amount of damage especially to the wheels and wheel area, and scratches and scuffs to the exterior even on the textured outside which they claimed was extremely scratch resistant. I expect a little scuffing to occur, but this seems excessive to me, especially when the bag was never handled by anyone else. There is also a lot of twist and give to the handle which makes me think it will break at some point, and its not comfortable to use if you have to support the weight of the bag tipped over for any longer length of time. The wheels also allow the bag to more easily tip over, as they are offset. The zippers and seams appear to be get caught a bit, and I hope this doesn't end up ripping at some point. Lastly, the lock is difficult to see/use. I love having luggage with the lock built in, but wish they would have made this better for people to use, turn the dials and see the numbers). Overall, I am no happy with this bag, would not recommend it, and I would return it if I was allowed to do so by Samsonite.

Lack of handles are a deal breaker

excited to finally pick up a new bag. was disappointed that the bag doesn't have a side handle, or a bottom handle (makes it difficult to pick up and move around. Bag roles nicely and seems to pack a lot in a small frame.
Pros: Easy To Access Items
Cons: No side or bottom handle

Wanted a carry on size suitcase that fit a large amount of clothing to last 1-2 weeks and this little suitcase has more room than it looks like it has at first glance. Plus it has an expander zipper just in case. This is my first spinner and I loved how easy it was to push around the airport.

Great for carryon size. Fit a lot inside. Disappointed that the charcoal Color is a light gray. Would have bought the black Color if I knew it was light gray. Material got dirty easily since its light gray so disappointed about that. Would have given a higher rating if description was truthful in color.

WORST SERVICE EVER!

WORST SERVICE EVER. I USED TO LOVE SAMSONITE BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY, BUT SERVICE SOMETIMES GOES ON TOP OF QUALITY. I bought this case on 19/05, checked everyday the status order, even wrote to "customer service" and never got an answer. Yesterday 30/05 I called and they said there was a problem and they have sent me lots of mail, yeah right... like I don´t know the mails I get.... Later that day the order is "canceled" by them because the case is out of stock. 100% Disappointed and a customer less, no more Samsonite. Wacht out when you buy a case with an specific time to get it with you, NEVER COUNT ON SAMSONITE.
Pros: NEVER GOT THE CASE
