I loved the size ! It's so lightweight and easy to carry at the airport ... this was the only carry on in the samsonite line that was under the size capacity for the airline with the strictest size requirements like Jet Blue. So I can be sure that it'll fit at whichever airline I decide to go on :) also I got it in black and it's really stylish !

Very disappointed.The item has poor quality and i have not received any respond from customer service after trying to contact with them since they don't exist.I can not return it in store and am forced to pay for the shippment fee for return.Very very sad and should not consider samsonite any more.

I first received it, and thought OMG its so tiny this will never work. I was WRONG, its like a Tardis in there small on the outside but holds so much inside. My travel partner was so impressed they will be buying one also.

Tearing after ONE use

Although I have had this product for a few months, this is my first trip with my new Samsonite carry-on. It was waste and great to pack with, as well as travel with. This was as used as a carry-on for a short 6 hour flight. As I am repacking, I noticed that the threads lining the zipper are already tearing! This is after just ONE 6-hour flight. I am terribly disappointed, because I invested in this product thinking it was be high-quality and long-lastling. Apparently, I was mistaken

For Christmas we offered ourselves a set of the Samsonite Fiero 20", 24" and 28" spinners, and are glad we did. Our first trip with the luggage was just after Christmas on a 22 hour transatlantic flight, and they were so easy to navigate the transfers with. They are sturdy, nice looking, and have the maximum interior space for packing possible. Our previous Samsonite luggage stood the test of time and durability, and its a brand that we trust. The only two comments I have are that the luggage did not come with set up instructions for the lock. Although it was easy to search on the internet and find a YouTube instructional video, it would have been preferable to have manufacture provided instructions to keep along with our receipt and warrantees for future reference. The second comment is that the smallest spinner, the 20" carry on is relatively heavy for its size when empty, which minimizes the amount of weight that can be carried in it due to air carrier restrictions. Also, since it has no pockets, do not plan to easily access items within during the flight or transit. It is however, a great piece of luggage to pack everything you need for your trip, if you're a lightweight traveler.

This little wonder works perfect for those weekend trips and up to 4 nights 5 days. I just returned from a 4 night /5 day trip to Vegas and it held the exact amount of clothes i needed. Fits anywhere you need it to on the plane and super easy to roll with the wheel assembly.
