No problems with this case so far. It's like Mary Poppins purse, holds so much even without attempting to pack neatly to try and get everything in. Have managed to take multiple pairs of shoes/boots plus clothing for a week and toiletries all in this one bag. Great value for money and easy to get around with!

This bag is an identical replacement for the one I gave away - it's that good!! Great size, lightweight, packs WAY more than you'd expect. I've carried it on planes, and also checked it - it's very versatile. A young visitor - who normally travels very efficiently with just a backpack! - needed a bit more capacity on an international trip, and afterward to get their treasures home :-) I LOVE this bag, and was happy to share it with someone who could really use it. I don't expect to see that one again, so I'm replacing it - right down to the same color. You can't go wrong with this bag!

It looks really good, yet not only I'm disappointed about how much room is being "wasted" with all that spacing between the wheels, I was hoping for good-quality wheels, such as those of skates/skate-boards. Additionally, the handles (not the pull-out) seem not to be hardy/strong enough to be pulled by them over and over - especially by those "handlers" that just grab them any which way and toss them in and out of aircrafts !

Cons: Wheels take up much capacity room + not durable!

This is a great carry on luggage. You can fit 2 pairs of shoes, up to 3 outfits or more if they are dresses that can be rolled. Also workout outfit and sleeping cloths. I reserve the zippered side for belts, flip flops, computer, note book, tolietre bag and other items. The hard case protects the lap top.
