If you are looking for a product that will be good as a carry on, this is the luggage for you. I wanted a bit more roomy yet when I emailed customer service, I didn't get a response at all. I bought it via the website for Samsonite and I wanted to return it to a store nearby but I didn't get any response at all for my email. Bad customer service experience for me being a first time buyer on the website.
