Great. Bought the 20" black in November 2016 and have used it back-to-back for 6 months. I fly 1-2x/month, and it's still going strong. I am petite and can lift/fit this into overhead bins without problem. Love the 4 wheel spinner. The handle is starting to feel a little loose as I push it around the airports, however it's probably because I overstuff my luggage. I can fit a weeks worth of clothes in here. The material is wonderful -- it's been scuffed up many times, but I just wipe it down and the little scratches go away. Spilled my drink on it, and easy to clean. Still looks new. The color is perfect, classy yet modern, and the metallic look is stylish. I can tell this will last me a long time.
