The frame between zippirs is not even

I don't know how comes QC approved this one. The frame between zippers not even look so wierd for me. I ordered from here this s the 3 rd times but never get disappointed like this before..
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Heavy To Begin With

A crew on the pull out handle was missing, and a different color paint stain on the body. I called the customer service and told them I needed them to send me a crew so I can fix it, the customer service transferred me to the parts dept, the guy who I talked to couldn't wait to hang up the phone. I just needed a SCREW

Very disappointed in this bag. No interior pockets. Samsonite has horrible customer service! We travel all the time and this bag is even half as nice as the ones at box stores for less money.
