Awesome Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought this as a birthday gift and it came with a ton of attachments. To my surprise, it did not perform like it said it would. It performed way better! This is a dream come true.

The best for bread!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start by stating that I'm serious about my bread baking. We haven't had store bought bread for over 3 years and I also grind the wheat that I use in most of my baking. A whole wheat dough is siffer and harder on a mixer, also.
I bought my Bosch Universal mixer 4 months ago as my KitchenAid 600 Pro wasn't able to keep up with my bread baking. I kept having to keep an eye on the Kitchenaid because it would get too hot and I would have to shut it off so as not to burn out the motor.
This has never been a problem with my Bosh. I can mix a 4 loaf half whole wheat dough with out the Bosch getting warm! And it mixes the dough so quickly and thoughly,too.
This was one of my best kitchen appliance investments I've ever made! I highly reccomend a Bosch Universal mixer for anyone who bakes bread on a regular basis.

Real Workhorse of a Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband loves asiago cheese bread. With inflation, the bread got way too expensive and I started making bread in 2022. I finally treated myself to this universal mixer this year. The first day I used it I was incredibly impressed! I made three loaves of bread in such little time. It saved my shoulders from lengthy kneading! Can't wait to try different loaves!

I don't want to be without this!

When my first one started showing signs of being "done", I immediately knew I wanted the same thing to replace it....no research into other brands was even needed. A Bosch mixer is the best! We've used it for everything from whipping egg whites to large batches of whole wheat bread to cookie batter and more! It's a steadfast workhorse that gets the job done....every time.

Best Small Appliance Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a Bosch Mixer as a wedding gift and I have used it more than any other small appliance I own. It's excellent for making bread dough - and great for making cakes and pastries of all kinds. It's been a real work horse. I do use the blender attachment occasionally - but this mixer has been priceless. I've used it to create family memories for the last 38 years. It's in perfect condition.
