Excellent for Fresh Milled Bread

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was purchased to use for making fresh milled bread and has exceeded my expectations. I was previously using a brand that is not for bread and having a difficult time. It is excellent at properly, mixing larger batches, and much quicker than my previous mixer.

Impressive mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The primary reason I purchased this mixer was for my bread baking. I love how it kneads my bread in about half the time as my kitchen aid mixer had. It is a phenomenal machine for heavy duty mixing. Although I've used it for mixing cookie dough and have purchased the cookie dough beaters, I find myself using my hand mixer instead because it is just easier to clean than the Bosch and all its parts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I make about 300 lbs of dough a week, after my kitchen aid kept over heating after doing just 30 lbs I finally bit the bullet on the Bosch and it hasn't over heated on me one time and keeps my dough going one after the other. I mix 12lbs at a time and it takes it like a champ

A true work horse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this as a Mother's Day gift and it is amazing. I had one cinnamon roll recipe that my usual stand mixer could not handle. The Bosch handles it like a champ. I also made a huge batch of whipped cream in what seemed like seconds. It's easy to clean and I look forward to using it any chance I can.
