Bosch Mixer

I received my mixer a while before Christmas so have made several batches of cookies and was very pleased that I could make the large batches that I was use to. I previously owned a Braun mixer for 45 years but it sadly quit and parts are no longer available for it. It also let me make large batches. I have tried making the bread recipes but I think I have to practice on that as my bread comes out too dense. I have a wheat sensitivity so the whole wheat recipe is out for me and I was making the white bread as I can tolerate white flour better. I haven't made quick breads yet but still have to purchase the cake paddles and I would also like to get the bowl scraper as the bowl does need to be scraped down a bit. I wish these attachments had of been included with the original purchase. I purhased the mixer in Canada and paid a lot for it but have since seen a site that has a Bakers deal which includes these attachments but alas I have to deal with all the exchange shipping etc. somaybe it wouldn't have been cheaper. But I am very happy with cookie making as I bake a lot for kids groups, church events etc. The mixer is a nice size and is easy to operate. I look forward to using it for many years. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would rate my machine 10+.I love everything about it.It is rasy to use and easy to clean.The number one reason I love it so much is because I have Arthritis which makes it hard for me to make cookie dough and bread dough but this machine is a gift from heaven I just put my stuff in there and my ma hine does all the work.I would recommend this to everyone out there..I love it....

Love this versatile mixer. It does a great job on small and large jobs. I can made 2 loaves to 6 loaves of bread with ease. I'm so impressed with this mixer - only wish I had it years ago. Clean up is a breeze. I love it so much I purchased the stainless mixing bowl, especially for making home made butter. It turns out delicious. I highly recommend this fantastic mixer.

Amazing mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my artisan stand mixer with this Bosch universal plus and I'm amazed by the difference in performance and quality! I've made big batches of cookies and dough and this machine can mix and knead with ease. It's a pleasure to use and I'm never going to be using anything else, I don't need or want to! It's worth every penny. Now I just need to get the accessories!
