Baking Bread

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had my bosch for a few weeks. I found out that it really struggles making 6 loaves of rye bread but does fine making five - a significant improvement over my old mixer. It's easy to clean. One of the best features is the ability to add flour and other ingredients while the mixer is running. so far I really like it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer is a complete game changer, I upgraded from a KA Artisan and key word was upgraded! This can handle much more than my KA could and I can knock out a lot of baking in no time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally wanted a kitchen aid mixer because my sister has had one for 23 years and it is still going. My husband did a lot of research and found that they are are not made with the same motor anymore and the new ones are barely lasting. He came upon this BOSCH mixer and dove deep in the research about it. He even sent me a few videos to watch about them to see if this was something I wanted. I gave him the final decision on what he thought would be best. Come Christmas morning I opened a huge package to find this machine. I absolutely love this!!!! I can mix so much at one time which comes in so handy when I need to make big batches. I hope they come out sith a smaller version or even just a smaller mixing bowl or attachment to add to the other part for small batch items. I am so glad he decided to get me this machine.

The best for bread!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start by stating that I'm serious about my bread baking. We haven't had store bought bread for over 3 years and I also grind the wheat that I use in most of my baking. A whole wheat dough is siffer and harder on a mixer, also.
I bought my Bosch Universal mixer 4 months ago as my KitchenAid 600 Pro wasn't able to keep up with my bread baking. I kept having to keep an eye on the Kitchenaid because it would get too hot and I would have to shut it off so as not to burn out the motor.
This has never been a problem with my Bosh. I can mix a 4 loaf half whole wheat dough with out the Bosch getting warm! And it mixes the dough so quickly and thoughly,too.
This was one of my best kitchen appliance investments I've ever made! I highly reccomend a Bosch Universal mixer for anyone who bakes bread on a regular basis.
